Assessments this week:
Math Test Monday
Grammar Test Wednesday
Math: In math this week, we will be working with division and fractions.
Language Arts: We will continue to work with Robin Hood. In grammar we are wrapping up our unit in the implied "you" and pronouns. This will finish with a quiz Wednesday. We will be spelling as usual. Next week though, we will be taking a 70 phonogram assessment. You can be reviewing them at home!
Science: We are starting our new unit on Meteorology. Throughout the unit the students will be keeping record of the weather in a particular city. http://www.wunderground.com/history/ is a great website to use! I suggest bookmarking the site so it is easily accessible everyday.
History: We are learning about parliament, the 100 years war, and Joan of Arc. How exciting!
